How to Use Windows Loader v2.1.3?

The following are the full instructions on where to download and how to use the Windows Loader v2.0.6:
1. Install Windows 7 (Don’t enter the product key and just click Next to proceed during installation until finished).
2. Download the Windows Loader v2.0.9 or Windows Loader v2.1.3
3. Use the compression tool to unzip the file to your computer desktop.
4. Turn off any anti-virus on your PC before installing the loader. Normally you can do this by right-clicking the antivirus icon on the system tray and choose disable.
5. Right-click the Windows Loader.exe and select run as administrator.
6. Click Yes from the pop-up windows and you will see the following screen:
